We are getting ready to get back up and running the week of March 23. You will receive more communications in the coming days as I continue to plan, but we will be continuing our reading and discussion of the novel Their Eyes Were Watching God.
These are strange times, so please feel free to reach out to me via email with any questions or concerns.
In the meantime, here are things students can be working on:
- Several students never submitted the realism summative assignment. Completing this assignment now will help improve your grade. If you are missing this assignment, it has been assigned to you in TEAMS. Please log into Office365 using your ISD credentials, find your American Lit class, and complete this assignment.
- If you did not submit your journal entries on our last day of school (either because they weren't done or because you were absent), please go to Teams and submit them there.
- Go back in the grade book and complete any other missing work. I've set up places in Teams to submit much of this work, but ask if you have a question. If you complete any No Red Ink or Actively Learn missing assignments, you will need to send me an email telling me your name, your class period, and exactly which assignments you want me to check. None of these programs alert me when you submit work.
