Today we watched this video and then read "The Gettysburg Address." We spent a lot of time annotating and discussing the speech, so if you were absent you will need to look at a classmate's annotations and/or do some research to make sure you really understand this speech.
Homework:
Write a paragraph response to the question: Which rhetorical appeal was most effective and why?
Include at least one quote from the text in your response.
Due at the beginning of class on Friday!
